Will I receive 'spam' complaints by sending these weekly emails?
If you’ve got a good, clean list of recent clients, and send them emails at our recommended frequency, you shouldn't have any worries about spam complaints.
However, if you have a clean contact list, but send emails twice a day, you are quite likely to get spam complaints.
We are required to keep the email complaint rate below .01% (1 per thousand emails), in order to comply with our software's acceptable use policy and the nationally enforced CAN-SPAM Act. If by some chance, you get a higher rate than this we'll be in touch with you, as it affects our reputation on the web—which we guard zealously.
