What happens when a lead fills out my lead survey?

When someone fills out the lead survey on your website, a few things happen behind the scenes to make sure they’re nurtured right away.

First, they’ll immediately get the first email in your drip campaign — this one is designed to “lock” their email address into the system so future messages go straight to their inbox. About five minutes later, they’ll receive the second email in the sequence. From there, they’ll get additional emails spaced out over the next several days. These messages are crafted to engage them, build a genuine relationship, and help them see why you’re the right fit for their needs — essentially, to “sell” your services against your competition while identifying your hottest leads.
In addition to the drip campaign, all of your new leads are automatically added to your weekly email list. That means even after the initial sequence, they’ll keep hearing from you through the regular weekly content we send on your behalf, keeping you top of mind over time.
At the same time, your leads are being added to both your Email Marketing Dashboard and your ClientStack app. You’ll see them show up in your ClientStack under Opportunities and Contacts, with tags showing where they came from (like “website lead” or “ad lead”).
Right now, the experience between the Email Marketing Dashboard and ClientStack can feel a bit fragmented, since each system handles a different piece of the process. Long-term, the goal is to bring everything together under one roof in ClientStack, but that transition will take time to make sure nothing breaks along the way.
For now, if you’re looking for contact details or lead form answers, those live in ClientStack. If you want to view or edit your drip campaign, you’ll find that in your Email Marketing Dashboard.
