Can my staff be CCed on all TaxProMarketer communications?

Unfortunately, our email software does have limitations and we are not able to make sure that ALL emails, coming from TaxProMarketer, will be copied to additional team members at your office.

A better way for you to guarantee folks in your office are copied on all email communications is to set up a rule or filter in your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc). Set the rule or filter with your email account, so that any incoming emails from support@taxpromarketer.com will be forwarded onto the other email addresses in your office.
