Where can I find my Open Rates?

While not all of our professionals would like to receive open rates reports for their weekly marketing emails; TaxProMarketer is more than happy to provide these for those who wish to receive them.

If you would like to receive these open rates reports in your Email Marketing Dashboard, feel free to email support@taxpromarketer.com and request your Open-Rates reports be made available on your Email Marketing Dashboard.

Once the email team has added this tool to your Dashboard, see the visual below to view the location of these tracking reports.

A few things you'll want to be aware of:

1. You will have to wait at least 24 hours after sending an email to view the report. Even if it becomes available before 24 hours, not enough time has passed for contacts to open it.
2. Your open rate may not look very good, even if it actually is good. This is true in all industries, not just tax professionals.
3. According to the national average by industry, open rate reports for financial professionals averaged 11.50%. If you are anywhere between 12-20%, you are doing awesome.
