How to Send a Google Review Request with ClientStack

Getting more reviews is a great way to build trust with potential clients and boost your online presence. With ClientStack, you can easily send Google review requests via text message (SMS).

Before You Start

To use SMS review requests, make sure:

  • Your account includes Fonetoolz™.
  • Your A2P Brand and Campaign registration is approved.
  • You’ve purchased a phone number in your ClientStack account.

Once these are set up, turn on SMS reviews by going to:
Reputation Tab → Settings → SMS Reviews → Enable SMS Review

Two Ways to Send Review Requests

1. Send Review Requests in Bulk (through the Contacts Tab)

  • Go to the Contacts Tab.
  • Select the contacts you’d like to ask for reviews.
  • Click the star icon and choose Send Review Request via SMS.
  • Pick your schedule and send!

2. Send a Review Request to a Single Contact (through the Reputation Tab)

  • Go to the Reputation Tab and click Add Review.
  • Search for an existing contact or create a new one.
  • Choose SMS Review Request.
  • Select a template and send your message.
